We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the condition below.

Packaging Condition Requirement Items must be returned in their original, neat, and undamaged packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the packaging is intact — items returned in damaged, torn, or altered packaging will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.

2. Include your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging.
3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.
